How We Work
We operate as an authorised dropship distributor. This means every order is fulfilled directly from Hesai's production and logistics network, giving you access to the latest sensor releases, genuine factory stock, and Hesai's global supply chain — without compromises on quality or availability.
There is no local warehouse buffer between you and the manufacturer. Orders are placed, confirmed, and shipped from source. Lead times depend on Hesai's current production schedule and your shipping destination within the region.
